Braysmount Construction is a family owned and run business. We specialise in residential renovations and extensions and have over 30 years of experience in the building industry.
We can help you to bring your plans to life to improve your family home. Whether it is an extension, alterations or additions, a second storey extension, internal renovations, a new home or a new outdoor entertaining area, we can get the job done.

Choosing the right builder is very important to ensure that the building process is a smooth one and that the result at the end of the process is what you were expecting. The majority of our new clients come to us via word-of-mouth referrals from our satisfied customers.
Braysmount Construction has a trusted team of tradesmen, each with years of experience in their own field. We have all the required insurances, as do our sub-contractors. We also have a safety management system in place, helping to ensure the safety of our workers on your job site. We are certified members of the Housing Industry Association and have been for over 20 years.
